Our BJJ program is delivered by members of Holy City Jiujitsu to ensure we are offering the best possible training to all those who attend. Classes are available for all levels and everyone is welcome from the beginner to the fierce competitor alike.
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
With the variety of classes we offer we strive to make each athlete a more well round mixed martial artist. Many of our trainers have or still do compete in various tournaments to hone their skills to better provide for you. By attending the variety we offer you will become a more well rounded fighter. We will also have a regular MMA Clinic taught every Friday Night.
Stand-up combat based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate mixed with boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport, and with our trainer Ricky Luckadoo his background as a competitor and trainer he'll ensure all of these things are experienced for all those you give it a shot, male, female, young or old it doesn't matter.
Taught by our experienced an fighter and trainer Randy Hale, you will learn stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the "art of eight limbs" as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.
Adult and Kids Yoga
In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.
Our kids classes will focus on providing a fun but effective teaching of fundamentals in BJJ and Wrestling. Kids will gain confidence in themselves and their capabilities.
We will also offer a Summer and After School program(Starting 2020-2021 school year)
This program is an exciting and fast paced class designed to prepare both the body and mind against violent attacks, utilizing stress drills designed to mimic real life situations..
Strength and Conditioning
For those who feel that even with all the other workouts we provide, you still need more we will be offering an intense Strength and Conditioning course taught by Randy Hale. Good Luck!
